How does a home cleansing session work?
We will begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss what your specific needs, issues and intentions are. There are many reasons to engage in a Home Cleanse, and we will collaborate with you to design the most effective package.
We will ask that your home or space to be cleansed is thoroughly cleaned beforehand – this helps the process to be more effective. We will spend some time sitting down with you and discussing the most appropriate materials for your bespoke cleanse. We will then move from room to room, using various rituals which are likely to include:
- smudging – wafting sacred herbal smoke into every corner of your space
- crystal grids
- invoking mantras and/or intentions
- singing bowls or other sounds
- reiki healing
- opening of all windows to allow stagnant energies to be released
