I’m Victoria Page and I help women who feel they’re missing something in their lives, perhaps a sense of loss and inner emptiness due to life changes, out of sorts due to hormones, or that children have grown up and fled the nest. I help them reconnect to the magic of the Divine feminine and live a life of meaning, connection, and presence.

I offer Kundalini Yoga classes at Indigo Moon Wellness Studio and am otherwise based at The Healing Hut, Farnborough where I give one-to-one treatments of aromatherapy and healing. I run small group trainings for Rahanni Celestial healing, and Angelic Reiki healing and Usui Reiki Attunements up to Master/Teacher levels.

I am deeply passionate about more contemporary and unusual types of mindfulness as well as helping people work mindful practices into their current daily lives without having to change too much. That being said, I still appreciate the more traditional types of mindfulness as they provide a wonderful foundation on which to build upon.

I have developed my own mindfulness program, Triple R, that helps people rest, reset and restart their daily lives by instilling mindful practices that are specifically attuned to what works best for them.
