Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your chosen Indigo Moon Holistics product and wish to return for a refund then you must, within 3 days of receipt of product, notify us at admin@indigomoonholistics.com stating:

• Name
• Address
• Invoice Number
• Reason for return

Within 5 days of receipt of product return the product to us at: Indigo Moon Holistics Returns, 13 Pewley Bank, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3PU.

Please note that all products must be securely packaged when returning, and will only be refunded if in a re-sellable condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited. Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty.

We do suggest that, for your own peace of mind, goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we are unable to refund goods not received by this office. It is the Customers responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail on receipt and after inspection of the product we will happily issue a refund leaving you free to re-order a different product.

Please note that if payment was made by Credit/Debit card then the refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of products.

Returns outside of 14 days

Claims for faulty items made after 14 days have elapsed will be processed at our discretion. Items with a reported defect deemed to be as a result of acceptable and typical wear and tear or neglect or misuse will not be classed as faulty.

Delivery

• As some of the Indigo Moon Holistics product range is handmade to order please allow 3-5 working days for despatch
• We post out orders twice a week – usually on Tuesdays and Fridays – via Royal Mail
• Should we envisage any delay with your order we will notify you via email as soon as possible
• If you have a bespoke/personalised request, batch request, ordered an item that is out of stock, or an order for an upcoming event, then please email admin@indigomoonholistics.com and we will contact you to discuss further
• At this time, we do not offer a telephone order/payment service
• All promotional codes are equal to one code per order and do not apply to postage or packaging costs.
• Your package will contain an invoice. Please let us know if the package is a gift and we will not include one.

Photography

All of our products are photographed in our HQ studio using a basic lightbox and lighting rig. Some photos have been enhanced to slightly brighten the image, since we are not working in a professional studio, and we believe this shows the products in their best light. If you would like a daylight image to check the colour of a crystal, please do contact us. Crystals are notoriously difficult to photograph so we have done our best and we are not trying to mislead you in any way.

Crystal Care

Your crystals will be delivered cleansed and charged with Reiki energy, ready for you to use as you wish.

Some crystals should not be in contact with water so please take care to cleanse the following crystals with a only dry cloth, air duster; selenite, salt or your own energy field; malachite, bumblebee jasper, selenite, chrysocholla, malacholla, calcite, celestite, lepidolite, azurite, angelite, fluorite, rhodochrosite, hematite, tangerine quartz, jade, pyrite, copper, desert rose.

Be careful not to display your crystals in direct sunlight. Crystals may magnify the suns rays and start a fire. Some crystals may fade in sunlight.

If your crystal breaks, do not fret. Sometimes they break when their work with you is done, or if their energy needs to be shared with others.  Give the broken piece to a friend, or bury it in the garden under a favourite tree. Your crystal will continue to serve its purpose. Of course, in the unlikely event that your crystal arrives damaged, we will refund you.

Imperfections

Each crystal is unique and will feature inclusions of many kinds. Sometimes these will be other minerals, and sometimes what look like cracks are just from the way the crystal has formed in the ground. Most of these inclusions are considered beautiful, adding to the character and properties of the crystal. Some crystals will contain holes or cracks known as druzes or druzy caves. These usually contain sparkly minerals.

Weights and Measures

We have weighed and measured all of our crystals with digital scales and analogue calipers, and the measurements are accurate to the nearest few grammes and millimetres. Measurements are height x weight x depth.
