Our Reiki Massage is our signature treatment and is a very special deeply relaxing and healing massage, focussing on connecting with your Ki (or Chi), the life force energy that flows through you and everything and which fills you with vitality, positivity and joy. Ki flows through the body like water so this massage uses specific gentle strokes and energy work to encourage and strengthen this flow, combined with unique blends of mood-boosting essential oils to balance, relax and soothe.
The treatment begins on the chakra points connecting in to the body’s energy system, flows into a deeply relaxing massage and finishes with a divine head massage to leave you feeling totally blissed out, calm and rejuvenated. You’ll feel grounded and balanced and will have the best night’s sleep ever!
Our Holistic Reiki massage treats the whole person holistically, body, mind and soul. It can be as effective on tight muscles, aches and pains as a Swedish or deep tissue massage, as it promotes total relaxation and deep healing from within.
